Regarding PROD-ing the draft

If you're new to editing or working on a biography or a topic that might require significant references, it's best to first create articles in the Draft namespace rather than publishing them directly in the main space.

By doing so, you allow experienced page reviewers to check your submission against Wikipedia’s notability, verifiability, and neutrality guidelines before it goes live.
