Edit Request

edit

  • Subject Disclosure: I am Howard J. Buss, the subject of this article. I am requesting these edits to provide independent verification for the "Early life and education" and "Awards" sections to resolve the maintenance banner added in October 2025.
  • Background of request: This Wikipedia page about my work as a composer was severely trimmed on October 10, 2025 by one editor in particular. I visited the page versions prior to that date and see that all of the information was factual, just not properly sourced.
  • Below I will provide some of the links to references. At one point the lists of my compositions and recordings was severely pared. I see nothing wrong with what was posted when comparing what was there with other composer Wikipedia pages such as that about Erik Ewazen. I appreciate your help in fixing the issues.

Request: I ask that an editor integrate these citations into the relevant sections. Once verified, please remove the maintenance banner stating that the "section needs additional citations for verification." If you require additional references, I would be happy to provide them.

Thank you for your assistance in ensuring the accuracy of this page. ComposerBuss (talk) 20:59, 29 April 2026 (UTC)

Consolidating Repetitive Exhibition and Collection Lists

edit

Hugh O'Donnell here! I am trying to clarify the text representing me on wikipedia. I need to remove repetative information that I've seen in the the second and third paragraphs in the life and work section. I would like it to read thus:

Although exhibiting regularly in solo and group shows since 1975, O’Donnell gained international recognition after his inclusion in the 1980 exhibition British Art Now: An American Perspective at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum. He has since exhibited extensively throughout the United States, Japan, Europe, and the United Kingdom, including presentations at the Royal Academy of Arts, London; the XLII Venice Biennale, Italy; and the IV Medellin Biennale, Colombia. His work is held in numerous permanent museum collections internationally, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art; The Museum of Modern Art, New York; the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum; the National Gallery of Art, Washington D.C.; the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden; the Walker Art Center, Minneapolis; the Tate Gallery, London; the Victoria and Albert Museum; the Museum of Contemporary Art, Tokyo; the National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto; the Yokohama Museum of Art; the Albright-Knox Art Gallery; and the Denver Art Museum. 2013 promotional content tag

edit

Hello! I'm E, a representative for Humana. I saw that this article had a promotional tag on it that is over a decade old. Specifically, it mentions "removing promotional language and inappropriate external links"

I looked into the history and the tag seems to be pertaining to an old "Humana's Prescription Home Delivery" section with a link to the service both in the reference and in the External links section. You can see it here

That section and link have since been removed and editors will see the page overall has been substantially changed since the tag was added in 2013. Would an editor remove this tag? Because of my conflict of interest, I will not make direct changes to the article. Thanks! E Humana (talk) 20:43, 7 October 2025 (UTC)

I'm unclear why the tag was added. There's no edit summary nor corresponding talk page discussion.
Skimming the current references, it appears the article is heavily dependent upon press releases and similarly poor and promotional sources. Given this, the template still seems to fit, specifically, adding encyclopedic text written from a neutral point of view. --Hipal (talk) 21:34, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
The Promotional tag has to do with marketing-style or showboating language in the article, not the use of suboptimal sources. I have scanned the article for such and found nothing that is a particular problem that would require this tag, and have removed the tag. If anyone wants to add better citations, have at it. Stefen 𝕋ower HuddleHandiwerk 18:20, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
My understanding of the general consensus around the use of the tag is not consistent with your interpretation. I've added a third-party tag after skimming over the first 15 refs and finding many problems. --Hipal (talk) 20:01, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
My understanding of the general consensus is what I stated, having been a Wikipedian for nearly 22 years. The third-party tag is a reasonable tag. Just because citations are insufficient doesn't mean "promotion" is happening to the degree where we would have a concern that demands a Promotional tag. Stefen 𝕋ower HuddleHandiwerk 20:05, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
I'm glad we agree on the way forward. --Hipal (talk) 16:46, 19 February 2026 (UTC)

Edit request Oct 21

edit
Thanks Hipal I see what you mean! I did some research and found sourcing more in line with what Wikipedia requires. The draft can be found in my user space, a quick breakdown is as follows:
Let me know if you have any thoughts, thanks! E Humana (talk) 14:52, 21 October 2025 (UTC)
Thank you. That's a lot to review. Glancing over it, a lot of the references look to be press releases or the like. It will take some careful reviewing to go over them all. --Hipal (talk) 15:49, 21 October 2025 (UTC)
Thanks Hipal! Let me know if you have any questions. I know it is a lot so I am happy to provide clarity. E Humana (talk) 19:53, 3 November 2025 (UTC)
If you could identify any that might be press releases or something similar, that would help. --Hipal (talk) 20:08, 3 November 2025 (UTC)
Hipal, when I was looking for sources, I was avoiding press releases and stuck to items with bylines when possible.
That being said, I looked at these closer and have a few notes on them for you to consider
  • Sources #4, #5, #6 link the announcements but don't attribute the content to it.
  • Source #3 credits Bloomberg
  • Source #8 and #18 have a staff writer byline but does look like it could have content lifted from a PR, but no attribution to one
  • Source #13 uses a quote from a press release
  • Source #14 and #15 are from the Fortune 500 website (which appears to be standard practice Fortune rankings)
  • Source #16 and #17 are from the race's published results (which appears to be standard practice for this type of information)
  • Sources #1-2, #7, #9-12, all appear reliable to me
With the exception of #14-17, the articles all at least have a staff writer byline, showing some level of fact checking and editorial oversight.
Happy to continue the discussion! Let me know what you think, E Humana (talk) 14:20, 6 November 2025 (UTC)
Apologies for not getting back to this sooner. I'm afraid that I still have little time to put into this, nor do I expect that will change in the coming months.
Re PGA: Are there sources that can verify that it is ongoing? Without them, the statement fails verification.
Re Avality, mobileStorm, Enclara Healthcare, etc : Why are they important to Humana?
While we do need to make sure references are reliable, we also need to make sure they indicate that the information is WP:DUE and encyclopedic. --Hipal (talk) 19:07, 2 December 2025 (UTC)
Hipal Good questions!
Re PGA: That is a good point and you are right about the point in time, since there is sourcing to show more concrete dates. Here is a better proposal:
Re Avality, mobileStorm, Enclara Healthcare, etc: I was looking more at sourcing than considering WP:DUE. As for WP:ENCYCLOPEDIC, I do think acquisitions, subsidiaries, divisions etc. do have enough knowledge value to warrant inclusion.
Let me know if you have any other questions! I understand you're busy and this will take a closer eye, I will just check in intermittently like I have been to see if you had any new thoughts. Thanks, E Humana (talk) 22:05, 11 December 2025 (UTC)

Thanks for the reminder about this. Re PGA tour sponsor:

The Sports Business Journal ref appears to be a warmed-over press release, so I'm unsure how much to rely upon it.

Maybe just

Humana was a tour partner of the PGA Tour beginning from 2005 to 2015.[1][2]

I'm unclear if the change in Humana's role in 2011 should be included as well. --Hipal (talk) 19:48, 7 January 2026 (UTC)

Hipal I think that language is good! Let me know if there are any other questions. E Humana (talk) 18:35, 13 January 2026 (UTC)
I've added it and removed the related content sourced to press releases. --Hipal (talk) 18:54, 13 January 2026 (UTC)
Hipal Thanks for the update! Did you have any thoughts or questions on the sourcing updates and fixes in the above initial request in the expand box? If it helps, I can break out a new request to remove what has been done already. Just let me know! E Humana (talk) 17:36, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
Yes, breaking out new request(s) would help. Maybe group together simple requests that you feel should be easy to review and straightforward to approve. --Hipal (talk) 17:51, 27 January 2026 (UTC)

Per Hipal I have taken the previous request seen above and removed what has already been done so the outstanding items can be evaluated.

Let me know if there are any questions E Humana (talk) 22:59, 29 January 2026 (UTC)

@Hipal: This is now the oldest in progress request. Can you please respond or remove the under review tag? Czarking0 (talk) 19:28, 10 February 2026 (UTC)
I've changed the tag to partially implemented. I don't see my schedule opening up enough for continuing to work on this alone in a timely manner. --Hipal (talk) 17:04, 15 February 2026 (UTC)
I understand! I have added the edit request template. Thanks for the heads up! E Humana (talk) 18:51, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
Hello StefenTower, I wanted to tag you on this request because I saw above your concerns about citations for this article and updating the tag. This request is to update the citations with neutral and independent sources in order to overall improve the article. Since I have a conflict of interest as an employee of Humana, I cannot make these updates myself and an independent editor should review it instead. I thought you would find these sources I have presented useful if you continue to go throughout the article and improve it. Let me know if you have any questions! E Humana (talk) 17:14, 25 February 2026 (UTC)
That's quite a bit to go through. I may pick at it here and there as I work on other things the next few weeks. Thank you for the thorough request at any rate. Stefen 𝕋ower HuddleHandiwerk 00:58, 27 February 2026 (UTC)

Operations section addition

edit

After recent feedback, I wanted to present editors with a diff of all the changes I plan on suggesting to improve this page. If you'd like to leave notes on the whole thing, feel free to leave feedback on this post or the draft's Talk page.

For now, I wanted to start off small with a proposal to add an Operations section. This includes content about the company, including leadership, company size, and functions/subsidiaries.

Operations
Executive leadership includes Jim Rechtin (CEO),[1] Japan Mehta (chief information officer),[2] and Celeste Mellet (chief financial officer).[3] It is headquartered at the Humana Waterside and Clocktower in downtown Louisville, Kentucky.[4]

Humana is the second-biggest Medicare Advantage insurer in the United States, as of 2025.[5] It has both an insurance segment and pharmacy and primary care subsidiary called CenterWell.[6]

Edit Request Process

edit

Hi Editor,

Isaac here from WATATAWA Consulting and we support several clients such as IHH Healthcare with their external engagements.

I would like to make some edits to IHH Healthcare’s Wikipedia page with the latest publicly available information. Would you be able to advise how we can move forward with this please? I’ve read Wikipedia:Edit Requests and it mentioned to indicate my request on the talk page prior to using the Edit Request Template or the Edit Request Wizard.

I understand that there were some issues with the previous attempt to make modifications. I have rectified it and will be the only person making any edits for the IHH Healthcare page moving forward via this new account.

Many thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

Best Regards,

Isaac Isaac at WATATAWA Consulting (talk) 09:18, 1 August 2023 (UTC)

Present us what would you like to change and back up your claims with reliable sources (per WP:BURDEN). A09 (talk) 12:11, 1 August 2023 (UTC)
Hi A09,
As a start:
1) IHH's latest updated revenue for Q1 2023 is RM 5.1 billion as seen in their latest results press release here and on their website here.
2)For the second and third paragraph of the body, could we amend it to:
Its portfolio of healthcare brands includes Pantai, Gleneagles and Prince Court in IHH Malaysia; Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles, and Parkway in IHH Singapore; Gleneagles and ParkwayHealth in IHH Greater China; Fortis and Gleneagles Global in IHH India; and Acibadem in Turkiye and Europe.
IHH's subsidiaries include Pantai Holdings, Parkway Holdings, ParkwayLife REIT and Fortis. It is also the majority shareholder of Acıbadem Healthcare Group, the largest Turkish private healthcare company.
Reasons for amending point 2:
- Continental Hospitals was divested in 2021 as seen here.
- The International Medical University was also divested in 2022 as seen here.
- IHH Healthcare's brands and subsidiaries can be found here.
Our amends are backed by publicly available resources as linked. Do let us know if these are good to go, please – we will share a couple more requested edits for your advise after.
Best regards,
Isaac Isaac at WATATAWA Consulting (talk) 03:46, 2 August 2023 (UTC)
Hi Editor,
Hope you are well.
May I check if this is the correct way to present the changes that I would like to make?
Do let me know if any amends need to be made in terms of the formatting and I'll be happy to make them soonest.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Partly done The infobox figure has been updated, but because no reference was provided, a citation needed inline template was applied. The information concerning the medical university was deleted as requested. The other information asked to be added was not implemented because it was not clear which references provided applied to which statements proposed. Regards,  Spintendo  16:34, 21 August 2023 (UTC)

@Isaac at WATATAWA Consulting, please use {{Edit COI}} to request changes instead of updating the article directly yourself. Thanks. JASWE (talk) 10:16, 25 September 2023 (UTC)

Appreciate if you could take a look at the below and let me know if the edits are good to go. Otherwise, if you could let me know what is missing or what is required that will be much appreciated too. Many thanks.

Update to lead section – headquarters and company scale

edit

On behalf of IHH Healthcare, I would like to propose an update to the lead section of the article.

IHH Healthcare Berhad (MYX: 5225) is an international private healthcare group focused on upmarket health services. It is Asia's largest private healthcare group. It is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur and its geographical footprint crosses Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey, India, Greater China (including Hong Kong), other parts of Asia and Central and Eastern Europe. The group has over 70,000 employees across 80 hospitals in 10 countries. It is listed on Bursa Malaysia and the Singapore Exchange.
+
IHH Healthcare Berhad (MYX: 5225) is a multinational private healthcare group headquartered in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The group operates 190 healthcare facilities, including 89 hospitals, across 10 countries and has a workforce of 76,000 employees across Singapore, Malaysia, Türkiye, India, Greater China (including Hong Kong), and other regions of Asia and Europe. It is listed on Bursa Malaysia and the Singapore Exchange.

Reason for the change: To update the lead section with current information regarding IHH Healthcare's headquarters, geographical presence and company scale.

Request to add Features section — COI disclosure

edit

I am disclosing a conflict of interest: I work at DigiDNA, the company that develops iMazing. Per Wikipedia's COI guidelines, I am not editing the article directly but am instead submitting this request for review.

I am proposing two changes to the iMazing article:

1. Addition of a new "Features" section covering seven topics: backup and data management, media and file transfer, messaging and personal data export, app management, security (Spyware Analyzer), iMazing Mini, and enterprise features (iMazing Configurator).

2. Removal of the existing "Description" section, whose content is fully absorbed by the new Features section. Keeping both would create redundancy and weaken the article's structure.

All claims in the proposed section are supported exclusively by independent third-party sources, including Macworld, 9to5Mac, iMore, MacStories, MacRumors, iDownloadBlog, MacTrast, and Amnesty International. No primary or official iMazing sources are used for factual claims. The tone is neutral and descriptive throughout.

The full proposed section with inline citations is available below for review. I welcome any corrections or adjustments before inclusion.

Thank you.

Thank you for the feedback, Spintendo.
Understood regarding the awards. Could you advise —
should the Awards section be removed entirely, or
would you recommend keeping only awards with
independent media coverage?

Edit request: Remove two unsourced breastplate awards

edit

Specifically, please remove these exact lines from the Awards section:

  • 2016 – Breastplate "25 years of independence

of Uzbekistan" for contribution to the development of science and technology in the country. [citation needed]

  • 2021 – Breastplate "30 years of Independence

of Uzbekistan" for contribution to the development of science and technology in the country. [citation needed]

Replace with: nothing (delete these lines entirely).

Edit request: Add source for "Honoured Innovator" award 2021

edit

Please add a source for this entry in the Awards section: "2021 – State award of an "Honoured Innovator and Rationalizer" of the Republic of Uzbekistan"

Source: [https://president.uz/uz/lists/view/4569 Presidential Decree No. 4569 dated 25.08.2021]. President.uz. The decree lists: "Abdurakhmonov Ibrokhim Yulchievich - Minister of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" under the honorary title "Honoured Innovator and Rationalizer of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

Edit request: Fix name and add source for 2010 award

edit

Please make the following change in the Awards section:

CURRENT TEXT:

  • 2010 – State award "Kukrak Nishoni".

[citation needed]

REPLACE WITH:

  • 2010 – "Uzbekiston belgisi" (Badge of Uzbekistan)

award by the Kamolot Youth Union of Uzbekistan. source

The current text has an incorrect award name. The correct name is "Uzbekiston belgisi" kokrak nishoni, confirmed by this independent source:

[https://ziyouz.uz/yangiliklar/professor-ibrohim-abdurahmonov-tadbirini-topish-vaqti-keldi/ Professor Ibrokhim Abdurakhmonov interview]. Ziyouz.uz. 23 February 2017.

The article explicitly states: "Uzbekiston belgisi kokrak nishoni (2010)".

Updated "History" section

edit

I'm Erik and I work at Incyte. I'm excited to collaborate with you all! Due to my conflict of interest, I am here with a request.

I'd like to request the wholesale replacement of the current History section on this article, with my proposed version. Half the citations in the current section are press releases or non-reliable sources, and the section itself doesn't really tell the story of Incyte's company history; it bounces from 2025 to 2015 to 2020 to 2021. The current section only really highlights two milestones in Incyte's history, and lacks a ton of context that is included in reliable sourcing. This proposed version tells that history more completely, while also improving the sourcing throughout.

Replace

In June 2025, Incyte named Bill Meury president, CEO, and a member of the board of directors. He replaced Hervé Hoppenot, who retired after 11 years of service.[4]
In September 2015, the company announced it had gained exclusive development and commercial right pertaining to Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine Co., Ltd's anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody, SHR-1210, in a deal worth $795+ million.[5]
In January 2020, Incyte signed a collaboration and license agreement for the global development and commercialization of tafasitamab with MorphoSys.[6] On March 3, 2020, the agreement received antitrust clearance and thus became effective.[7]
Incyte established a European headquarters in Morges, Switzerland, in 2021.[8]
