Sources and verifiability
Several sources have been used to document the existence and activities of the American Vegan Center, including a WHYY-FM article by Peter Crimmins, published July 18, 2021, and available at WHYY.org. Additional primary sources are from the American Vegan Society website. Independent third-party coverage is limited but growing. Suggestions for more reliable, secondary sources are welcome.
Notability
The article's subject is notable for being a brick-and-mortar vegan education center operated by the American Vegan Society and hosting regular public tours, events, and media coverage. Many (if not most or all) historical vegan tours of Philadelphia involve famous Philadelphia vegans who already have Wikipedia articles.
