Your submission at Articles for creation: Mark Tuan (June 9)

edit
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Sulfurboy was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

Rapid Resubmission

edit

This draft was resubmitted quickly after being declined by a reviewer. While considerable work may have gone into the draft between its decline and its resubmission, what the second reviewer sees is that the draft was declined by another reviewer and has been resubmitted. The reviewers also know that some editors tendentiously resubmit drafts in the hope of finding an easy reviewer. If a draft is resubmitted after being declined, rather than "just" resubmitting, it would be useful for the author to explain, on the draft talk page, how the subject satisfies the appropriate notability guidelines. It can't do any harm to explain to the reviewer rather than just resubmitting again. Robert McClenon (talk) 01:01, 10 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Your submission at Articles for creation: Mark Tuan (June 25)

edit
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Robert McClenon was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
This draft is being declined at this time. It was resubmitted rapidly after being declined previously, without a discussion of why the individual satisfies musical notability apart from the group. Please explain, on the talk page of this draft (or the talk page of the group), why an article should be accepted on this individual.

This draft is a request to spin off an article. Proposals to spin out a topic from an article into another stand-alone article should be discussed at the talk page of the existing article, unless the draft satisfies a special notability guide. If the draft satisfies a special notability guide, please identify the notability criterion with a reliable source.

This does not mean that the draft should be spun off, and it does not mean that the draft should not be spun off. It does mean that discussion should be on the talk page of the existing article, Talk:Got7]. (If this draft is resubmitted without discussion on the talk page of the existing article and does not satisfy a special notability guide, it may be Rejected or nominated for deletion.)
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

Copy-and-paste move

edit

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give User:Tahmigot/sandbox a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Draft:Jeon So-nee. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Your submission at Articles for creation: Even of Day (January 10)

edit
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Primefac was:
The proposed article does not have sufficient content to require an article of its own, but it could be merged into the existing article at Day6. Since anyone can edit Wikipedia, you are welcome to add that information yourself. Thank you.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Not convinced there's enough here to merit its own article, but it's short enough to fit into the existing article on the main group.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

Your submission at Articles for creation: Yugyeom (June 26)

edit
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by Robert McClenon were:
This submission is not adequately supported by reliable sources. Reliable sources are required so that information can be verified. If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources.
This draft was submitted about one week ago, with musical notability attributed to an album that would be released the following day. This draft was declined because the album hadn't been released. This draft has been resubmitted after the album has been released. There is only one remaining problem. The information about the album's chart position isn't sourced. This draft should be accepted when it is resubmitted with appropriate sourcing for the new album.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
