“Based on” - they’re not the same type, they’re a different class using the same technology. Saying they’re the same unit is like saying the new Eurostar units are the same as Germany’s ICE Velaro… Danners430 (talk) 08:25, 27 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
Eurostar is listed as one of the owners of the Siemens Velaro Siemens Velaro Pataratorn (talk) 09:07, 27 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
The Velaro is a family of multiple unit types - similar to the Alstom Juniper or Hitachi A-Train. The class 360 is one specific class with subclasses. The airport should be listed (with a source) on the Desiro page, yes, as both the 360 and the Bangkok trains are part of the Desiro family - but the Bangkok trains are not class 360s. Danners430 (talk) 09:18, 27 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
It is Listed on the desiro page under Desiro UK. The Bangkok ARL trains are a modified version of the Class 360 which still makes it a class 360. Pataratorn (talk) 10:27, 27 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
The Desiro UK also includes the Class 350, Class 185 and Class 380 - it's a product family.
I don't think though it's worth devolving into an argument, as that's counter-productive... would you have any objection to me moving this discussion to the Class 360 talk page so we can get input from others? Danners430 (talk) 10:30, 27 March 2025 (UTC)Reply

Lake Muang Thong Thani MRT Station moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Lake Muang Thong Thani MRT Station, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.  The comment the reviewer left was:
Unless there is something special about this station it should not have a Wikipedia article about it. It would need to have significant coverage in the media - the sources you have provided are just to the timetable, a map showing hte location and a news item from the transportation company stating there will be free rides this summer. None of these sources are independent, reliable sources. Please see Wikipedia:Notability (Railway lines and stations)

Information icon Hello, I'm TylerBurden. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Carl Gustaf 8.4 cm recoilless rifle, but you didn't provide a reliable source. On Wikipedia, it's important that article content be verifiable. If you'd like to resubmit your change with a citation, your edit is archived in the page history. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Plausible but a source is still needed. TylerBurden (talk) 18:14, 16 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

Information icon Hello, Pataratorn. I noticed that your recent edit to New Opportunity Party added a link to an image that does not exist on Wikipedia's servers. Files from other websites or from your computer must be uploaded first before adding them to the article. Most images you find on the Internet are copyrighted, and have their use subject to certain restrictions. If the image meets Wikipedia's image use policy, consider uploading it to Wikipedia yourself or request that someone else upload it. See the image tutorial to learn about wiki syntax used for images. Thank you. Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor ♥ 16:02, 5 February 2026 (UTC)Reply

I copied it from the Thai wikipedia page for the party which for some reason has an image for that image file Pataratorn (talk) 16:03, 5 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
Hi Pataratorn, my understanding is that you'd need to upload the file to Wikipedia (copyright allowing). Unless the image has been uploaded to Commons and/or locally on the English Wikipedia, the link to the Thai Wikipedia image won't work. If you've checked and made sure it meets the image use policy (linked in my above message), you can go ahead and re-do your edit once you've uploaded the logo to English Wikipedia. That can be done via WP:UPIMAGE. Cheers, Katniss May the odds be ever in your favor ♥ 19:27, 5 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
