Wikipedia is about sharing contributions – not about gatekeeping an entire article to yourself. How can you call my edits vandalizing. Consensus governs. Your edits were sincere, but maybe you ought to consider not directly transposing text from the sources and understand the usage of almost street level slang ("pleading the fifth" etc.) In addition to spliced, semi-incomplete sections does not convey as encyclopedic text, and terms like "the fifth" may not be familiar to the readers who are not American.
