This draft appears to be generated by a large language model (such as ChatGPT). You should not use LLMs to generate article content.

LLM-generated pages with the below issues may be deleted without notice.

These tools are prone to specific issues that violate our policies:

  • hallucinations: they often invent false information and cite non-existent references.
  • unencyclopedic tone: they tend to be vague, promotional, or essay-like, rather than neutral and factual.
  • copyright issues: they may closely paraphrase existing text, leading to copyright violations.

Instead, only summarize in your own words a range of independent, reliable, published sources that discuss the subject.

Dear MSK, I would like to underline that this draft was not LLM generated but written manually and carefully. Seeing as I currently work in an out-of-court dispute settlement body, I have acquired a strong knowledge and understanding of the topic. Being a trained lawyer in European Law and Fundamental Rights, I am also used to analyze the platforms/user relationship through this frame. This is way I can strongly affirm that I have been working on this article for a while, rephrasing it to make it as wiki-compatible as possible. As I have spent quite a lot of time writing it, I would like to ask for a second review. Thank you. Ina1775008 (talk) 14:42, 15 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
