Dear MSK, I would like to underline that this draft was not LLM generated but written manually and carefully. Seeing as I currently work in an out-of-court dispute settlement body, I have acquired a strong knowledge and understanding of the topic. Being a trained lawyer in European Law and Fundamental Rights, I am also used to analyze the platforms/user relationship through this frame.
