Does anyone know what the grey area signifies on the map of the civil parishes? Ta!

I think it was meant to be the urban area, but that's highly subjective. I've now deleted that map and given hopefully a fuller explanation of the history in the text - it wasn't just the parishes created in 2009 that were part of the old St Austell parish.
