Death and end of term as grand vizier

This article says that he died on September 21, 1647, 5 days after his appointment as Grand Vizier. The Turkish version of this article, a much more complete one, says that he was only dismissed on that date, and that he died in 1649, when he was executed on the orders of Kösem Sultan. Neither of these are confirmable by me through the sources they give.

Someone find out what really happened to Kara Musa Pasha!
