Contested deletion
editThis page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (your reason here)
This article was previously listed for speedy deletion under criterion G11 (promotional content).
The article has now been revised to adhere to Wikipedia's standards for neutrality and verifiability. Promotional language has been removed, and all statements are factual, supported by independent, reliable sources, including:
- Bangkok Biz News
- The Nation Thailand
- Prop2Morrow
- DDproperty
- CBRE Thailand
- Asia Pacific Property Awards website
The article contains encyclopedic content on APAC Tower's history, location, tenants, retail component (Ekkamai Corner), transportation access, and awards.
Given these revisions, we request that the speedy deletion nomination be reconsidered. --Kay3233 (talk) 11:54, 3 September 2025 (UTC)
- Largely primary sourced promotion by an editor with an undisclosed conflict of interest. Theroadislong (talk) 12:04, 3 September 2025 (UTC)
- I would say this article still has issues, right? Why was this moved to mainspace? – The Grid (talk) 21:49, 6 December 2025 (UTC)

Comment: Please try to show how this building meets the criteria listed in WP:42 (an equivalent stating of the criteria listed in the above box that starts with "This draft's references [...]". Currently none of your sources meet the "significant coverage" criteria, which is set higher than normal per the notability guidelines for buildings. I will also note that it is fairly uncommon for a building such as this to be notable, in which case this building wouldn't be a suitable topic for Wikipedia regardless of this draft's contents. (There's a lot of buildings out there, and we can't have articles for all of them!) Perryprog (talk) 17:34, 14 October 2025 (UTC)
Comment: Press releases are not independent sources either. Theroadislong (talk) 17:07, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
