Help on the Wilhelmsen article?
editHi, I'm Marius William Steen, the Group Communications Manager at Wilhelmsen Group. I recently posted an edit request on the Wilh. Wilhelmsen article Talk page about updating that article's History section. The History section is quite short at the moment, and all of the factual claims are supported by a single citation. I've made an effort to substantially expand the content and sourcing, especially about the company's early years of operation.
I'm hoping that editors here would be willing to take a look at the draft I put together and provide feedback. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Marius at Wilhelmsen (talk) 11:22, 24 January 2026 (UTC)
- Hello again, WikiProject Norway! I am really struggling to find anyone to review my requests about the Wilh. Wilhelmsen article, in part (I assume) because most editors simply aren't familiar with the company or with the shipping industry in Norway more generally. Any help that anyone watching this page could provide would be greatly appreciated. Marius at Wilhelmsen (talk) 05:23, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- Hello once more, WikiProject Norway. I just posted another request on the Wilhelmsen article Talk page, though the previous requests remain unanswered. Are you aware of any other WikiProjects that might be interested in reviewing these requests? Is there any other place on Wikipedia where I could post about this? The article Tore Elias Hoel has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article. The nominator also raised the following concern:
- Only EL is to his publisher. Created by banned sock.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Bearian (talk) 18:57, 5 June 2026 (UTC)
