- Yep, I did miss it. I'll get a trial up and running. ~ Rusty meow ~ 01:19, 11 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

- My apologies if this is not the right way to make contact, but I thought my edit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_Bokurano_episodes&oldid=1332276799 had fixed the episode table issue on that particular article. It's been re-tagged by this bot trial. ~2026-22963-2 (talk) 22:09, 11 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
- @~2026-22963-2:
- The bot does not check if the page was tagged in the past; as per the original request, it reads off the page User:Alex 21/sandbox/No episode table to tag pages. You can remove the link from that page and the bot will no longer tag it.
- In the future, you could bring such issues to my talk page instead. Thanks! ~ Rusty meow ~ 22:45, 11 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
- I don't think it is a real issue if the bot tags a page that already has the template. On the macro-scale, it does more good than not. Pages have already been converted much more once the template is on the page and if it is not needed, it is just a simple edit to remove it. Gonnym (talk) 11:26, 16 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
- Speaking that, I was also asked by the same user about pages that already use {{Episode table}}, since I don't currently have a check on them; I could make a change to the code, but I wonder if it's that important. ~ rusty meow ~ 15:00, 16 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
- A page might have that template and still be missing that template for another table. Unless your code can check if the first {{Episode list}} (of a table; not the first in the page) has {{Episode table}} right before it, or a regular wikitable, I don't think there is a way to know. - Yeah, that's what I was thinking. ~ rusty meow ~ 00:14, 17 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
