Function details: Two changes will be made:

Find NavFrame, replace with NavFrame collapsed
Find display *: *none *;? in the context of NavContent, replace with the empty string
A possible third action: remove empty style attributes. This would probably not occur very often.

Background: See relevant discussion in previous request. This request extends task 3 to non-article namespaces from user space.
