This is written like a public relations profile, not an encyclopedia article. The references are still primarily to primary sources and directories and content where he's the author rather than the subject, and the few properly reliable sources being cited aren't about him, but merely namecheck his existence. The linkfarm of external links, longer than the entire rest of the article put together, is inappropriate -- an article gets ONE external link, not 150. (Some of them might be salvageable as referencing -- the media articles, NOT the YouTube videos -- but need to be used as cited references if that's what they're for.) Because the submitter's username also shows a direct relationship with the same institution the subject works for, submitter is also advised to read our conflict of interest rules: the institution does not get to force its own staff into Wikipedia by constantly resubmitting and resubmitting the article itself, if that article is not properly compliant with our rules and standards. Familiarize yourself with what a good Wikipedia article and its referencing are supposed to look like, or just forget it.
