Request reason:
1) The edits i made were cited with sources. A person named hermes express continuously reverted my edits. After asking them on the talk page, they refuse to comply and continue to revert my edits, thereby violating the 3 RR rule before I did. However, i got blocked whereas they didn't. Fyi: These edits do not vandalise/damage any page. The pages edited by hermes express and arimaboss were misinformation and i provided government-backed sources, highlighting the misinformation they were spreading. Rather than accept they made a mistake, they revert my edits even after providing the sources on the talk pages and their homepages, without any consequences. This in no way constitutes to vandalism or disruptive editing, i was simply undoing the misinformation vandalism by hermes express
Decline reason:
Hermes Express hasn't edited in the last week, so they would not normally be blocked for edit warring. I am not enthused about unblocking you, because it sounds like you would continue your editing disagreement. I am not convinced by your statement that Hermes Express is vandalizing. okay, so after sharing sources, i have temporarily resolved the conflict dispute of edit wars with hermes express, there should be no more edit wars, i wasnt trying to vandalise. what i did was, correct an edit that was wrong WITH fact checked sources, they reverted and i reverted back. the conflict has since been resolved so far,and i dont plan on uncessearily editing anyones edits unless theyre deliberately misinformation and vandalism. so far we have resolved the conflict

- Could you indicate where you have "resolved the conflict" with Hermes_Express since your original unblock, please? Because all I can see is that you went round and immediately reverted all (approximately 30) articles yet again, and posted some diatribes on HE's talk page telling them they were wrong.
