I've fixed your appeal template for you, but this appeal definitely won't be accepted because you've not properly addressed the reason for your block nor shown that you understand how to edit productively in future.

Please read the Guide to appealing blocks and either amend the text in your original appeal, delete it and start a new one, or write the missing information in a reply to this post.
