- Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
- It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
- If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
- Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
- When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
- If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.

Aircraft names in infoboxes
editHi, not sure if you are aware but there is a long-standing convention of not repeating the manufacturer in the infobox name. That's why the manufacturer is absent from most articles. The convention is explained at Template:Infobox aircraft#Parameters. Nimbus (Cumulus nimbus floats by) 12:26, 24 March 2026 (UTC)

Simple is good
editI like what you're doing simplifying aircraft links, replacing technical model names with the more commonly used names. Keep it up! 10mmsocket (talk) 06:42, 11 April 2026 (UTC)
