You'll need to show a lot more notability for the poet.

Maya Sharma (Author) moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Maya Sharma (Author), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Your submission at Articles for creation: Maya Sharma (Author) (October 7)

edit
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Bonadea was:
Having 17 sources supporting the sentence "Maya Sharma (born December, 4) is an Indian feminist scholar and social activist based in Vadodara, Gujarat" and 8 sources supporting the fact that her book was published in 2006 is way beyond WP:CITEKILL. Either all sources say the same thing and if so most of them should be removed, or else they contain other information about the author, in which case that info could be used to develop the draft before it is submitted.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by AngusWOOF were:
This submission is not adequately supported by reliable sources. Reliable sources are required so that information can be verified. If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources.
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Still not showing how Tiwari is much more notable than in the previous AFD Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Aditya Tiwari
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by S0091 was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: The Washington Post article, among other sources, are his statements so not independent. Also, Youth Ki Awaaz, Facebook, the ESTD and Gaysi are not reliable sources. An article about this person has already been deleted twice by consensus of the community and nothing here suggests they meet the notability guidelines.

Interviews do not contribute to notability. I don't think this person passes author notability guideline for his books. I am not sure if Queeristan "won significant critical attention". I found only two detailed reviews. Try finding more sources that isn't an interview such as .

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Tutwakhamoe was:
This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject.
The comment the reviewer left was:
The current article is not rewritten like a personal narrative than an encyclopedic entry. Editors might want to check the existing articles on other WP:BLP to see how the latter can be achieved. This sentence Eventually, one of his friends suggested he try to publish his work need to have a specified time. The vice article, which was written by the subject, can not be used as a source.

Hello! @Plushwiki21

I see that you reverted my edit on Aditya Tiwari without providing any explanation. This is frustrating and unproductive. If there was a legitimate issue with my contribution, the least you could have done was offer an explanation before reverting it. It’s basic courtesy and essential for proper collaboration.

Next time, before undoing someone’s work, take a moment to explain why. I expect better communication moving forward. 𝒼-đ’œđ“Šđ“‡đ’¶ 07:26, 20 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
