Managing a conflict of interest
edit
Hello, Naszodia. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. 2A01:4C8:49:B2A2:F8BB:87FF:FEF2:73D6 (talk) 11:46, 26 March 2023 (UTC)
Generalized Naszodi--Mendonca method moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Generalized Naszodi--Mendonca method, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Generalized Naszodi-Mendonca method moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Generalized Naszodi-Mendonca method, is not suitable as written to remain published. Other than the fact that there is no indication of notability, it appears there is a WP:UPE or WP:COI conflict. Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, and have addressed the UPE/COI issue, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. As per WP policy, please do not move into mainspace yourself. Onel5969 TT me 12:05, 2 April 2023 (UTC)
Vera Alpar moved to draftspace
editThanks for your contributions to Vera Alpar. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it has no sources, it needs more sources to establish notability and it has too many problems of language or grammar. Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. DoubleGrazing (talk) 15:36, 2 April 2023 (UTC)
- Please do not move this into the main article space, when it clearly isn't ready to be published.
- In any case, you appear to have created this by copypasting from User:AVN123456789/sandbox, which is a Very Bad Idea; please don't do that again.
- Thank you, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 15:38, 2 April 2023 (UTC)

Wikipedia and copyright
edit
Hello Naszodia! Your additions to Draft:Generalized Naszodi-Mendonca method have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably free and compatible copyright license. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Ninja Diannaa (Talk) 11:30, 17 October 2023 (UTC)

I have sent you a note about a page you started
editHi Naszodia. Thank you for your work on Generalized Naszodi-Mendonca method. Another editor, Klbrain, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:
Thanks for creating this page on a statistical approach. There were some formatting issues related to the use of bold and the formatting of citation, something worth reviewing as you build more articles. There's an argument that the topic would be better discussed in the context of NM-method, so you may wish to consider merging these pages.
To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Klbrain}}. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)

- @Klbrain: Thank you for your note. The link to the page Generalized Naszodi-Mendonca method has been shared with many social scientists. Therefore, I prefer not to move it or merge it. Thank you for your understanding. Naszodia (talk) 07:39, 6 May 2026 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Kovcszaln6. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Judit Lannert, but you didn't provide a reliable source. On Wikipedia, it's important that article content be verifiable. If you'd like to resubmit your change with a citation, your edit is archived in the page history. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Please also see WP:NPOV. Kovcszaln6 (talk) 15:37, 6 May 2026 (UTC)
- Please clarify what parts should be supported by a "relyable source"? I edited the cite using information directly from Judit Lannert, who will become the minister of educaton and children in Hungary in the Magyar-government. (Previously the proposed name for the ministry was "children and education" but the acronym of the Hungarian name is prefererd to be OGYM, rather than GYOM). Naszodia (talk) 15:35, 7 May 2026 (UTC)
- Dear Kovcszaln6, the committee hearing for Judit Lannert, the nominee for the position of Minister of Education and Children, may take place as early as 11 May (see: https://index.hu/belfold/2026/05/07/kormanyalakitas-magyar-peter-tisza-part-orszaggyules-koztarsasagi-elnok-bizottsagi-meghallgatas-gulyas-gergely/).
- In light of this, I kindly ask you—if possible—to review the accuracy of the information on the Wikipedia page (HU, EN, DE) I have edited. If any statements require additional verification or supporting sources, please let me know, and I will provide them promptly. Many Thx. Naszodia (talk) 18:39, 7 May 2026 (UTC)
- The "Personal life" section was unsourced; secondary and independent sources would be the best. Also,
She is deeply committed to supporting child‑centred, equitable, and creativity‑enhancing learning. Her mission is to make high‑quality care, education, and support accessible to all children—regardless of their place of residence, family background, or life circumstances.
is absolutely un-encyclopedic and far from neutral. Kovcszaln6 (talk) 12:24, 9 May 2026 (UTC)- Source for the info "Judit Lannert is the mother of 3" under section "Personal life": In her PhD thesis (see page 18, https://phd.lib.uni-corvinus.hu/86/1/lannert_judit.pdf ) "Hálás vagyok családomnak... A legnagyobb köszönet azonban apósomat illeti, aki ebben az igazán nehéz és kicsit hosszúra sikerült periódusban gyermekeimet, különösen a legkisebbiket értőn gondozta." (In English: "I am grateful to my family… My greatest thanks, however, go to my father‑in‑law, who, during this very difficult and somewhat prolonged period, took caring and understanding care of my children, especially my youngest.")
- The reference to "my youngest" (=legkisebbik) implies that she has at least three children. In fact, she has exactly 3 children.
- Regarding the statement: "She is deeply committed to supporting child‑centred, equitable, and creativity‑enhancing learning. Her mission is to make high‑quality care, education, and support accessible to all children—regardless of their place of residence, family background, or life circumstances." Similar mission‑style descriptions appear on other politicians' Wikipedia pages. For example, the Hungarian Wikipedia page of Hillary Clinton states: "Hillary azért szállt síkra, hogy világszerte minél nagyobb figyelmet kapjanak az emberi jogok, ezen belül is a nők egyenlősége és a gyermekvédelem." (In English: "Hillary has advocated for greater global attention to human rights, particularly women's equality and child protection.") Naszodia (talk) 17:36, 9 May 2026 (UTC)
- That's original research, which is not allowed. We would need a source to explicitly state that.That doesn't justify going against policy. Unfortunately, the Hungarian Wikipedia is in quite a bad condition. Kovcszaln6 (talk) 17:02, 10 May 2026 (UTC)
