Genocide of Russians in the North Caucasus moved to draftspace

@Moltenn9: You previously created Draft:Genocide of Kurds, which was deleted for violating the extended confirmed restriction on Kurds and Kurdistan. This page is essentially the same article, and you're still not extended confirmed. You cannot make edits relating to Kurds and Kurdistan until your account is 30 days old and has 500 edits.
