Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to Csaba Siklós when you modified the page, you caused an invalid date error to appear in one or more places. This is likely due to an error in logic around use of one of the Birth, death and age templates. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it and reveal any errors. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance.

- Why didn't you just fix it yourself? It was only a missing pipe. Kelisi (talk) 04:48, 18 March 2026 (UTC)
- Because it was fine the way it was, then you broke it for no reason... Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 05:05, 18 March 2026 (UTC)
- No it wasn't. You're supposed to use the template. Kelisi (talk) 05:11, 18 March 2026 (UTC)
- I would encourage you to look at Module:Person date (which full disclosure, I wrote) and to examine the HTML differences between the two revisions. The template is automatically applied so there is actually zero difference between the two revisions, your bad edit missing the pipe being an entirely different issue. So yes, there was in fact, no reason for your edit as it doesn't actually change the page in any way whatsoever. Just so you are aware.... - Rubbish. Kelisi (talk) 05:18, 18 March 2026 (UTC)
