References from reliable sources to Draft:Windham Northeast Supervisory Union

edit

Please add references from reliable sources to Draft:Windham Northeast Supervisory Union. References from Windham Northeast Supervisory Union itself aren't enough to establish notability. Your local newspaper might be a good place to start looking for references. LeapTorchGear (talk) 12:25, 26 September 2025 (UTC)Reply

Information icon Practically all the current references are to the union's self-published information. Sources support not only verifiability, but notability, too. Wikipedia aims mostly to reflect what others have said about a topic, not what the topic says about itself. I'm sorry to report that I've deleted almost all the staff directory information. There's a guide at Wikipedia:WikiProject Schools/Article advice which you should read. You'll see "While naming the head teacher or principal is permitted, lists or detailed information about current or former pupils, parents of current or former pupils, administrative staff, school secretaries, current or former teachers etc. is usually inappropriate." This might be discouraging for you, but it's how Wikipedia works right now. Cheers. signed, Willondon (talk) 19:08, 26 September 2025 (UTC)Reply

@Willondon I understand, and I apologize for this. Thanks for the tip though. I'll read more info about how to add articles and what info I can put in them for next time.

This draft's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article. In summary, the draft needs multiple published sources that are:
Make sure you add references that meet all four of these criteria before resubmitting. Learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue. If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Does not meet WP:NSCHOOL. The notability guidelines for a school district are the same. You should aim to have one or two sources that are completely independent of the district.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

The redirect Caffeine ascorbate has been listed at redirects for discussion to determine whether its use and function meets the redirect guidelines. Anyone, including you, is welcome to comment on this redirect at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2026 May 14 § Caffeine ascorbate until a consensus is reached. @Marbletan Looking back, you're right, caffeine ascorbate and caffeine citrate are different chemicals, so they should have different pages. Instead, I think that page for caffeine ascorbate should be deleted, cause I won't be able to make the page for caffeine ascorbate until tomorrow UTC or next week, depending on how busy I get with other things.
