Hello Daniel, I have intensively edited the page which was put back as Draft, and reduced it significantly, including the no. of references, by just retaining only the demonstrated and referenced books/material on the subject. All statements that could give semblance of 'publicity' have also been removed. I hope, it would meet the intended purpose. The article on Kamla Nath Sharma (an engineer, researcher of Vedic Indian literature, and writer of Hindi language) which was put back as a draft article for further editing, has been thoroughly edited, pruned, improved by me over the last several months. I tried to 'move' it the mainspace, but goofed while doing it.   • The IP Info feature has been deployed to all wikis as a Beta Feature. Any autoconfirmed user may enable the feature using the "IP info" checkbox under Preferences → Beta features. Autoconfirmed users will be able to access basic information about an IP address that includes the country and connection method. Those with advanced privileges (admin, bureaucrat, checkuser) will have access to extra information that includes the Internet Service Provider and more specific location.

I dismiss the block notice comment you made because my summary already stated that these can be migrated if even relevant. I doubt they are since a user's contributions gives the SP for one's blocked status. Even so, the bedrock of your reason to decline is "own talk page". Hi Daniel. Thanks. With regards your original message, I apologise for the way the message came across. Looking back, even I don't like that first sentence now. Why the hell did I phrase it like that I just don't know. Our tone when we write doesn't always replicate best our actual mood which in my case was not intended to be so abrupt. The rest was supposed to be an enquiry to make sure I was getting something right. FTR, that LTA has offended me on more than one occasion, and I only found the trail because he trolls another editor on a frequent basis (in what is an even more prominent one-against-one personal matter). @Australianblackbelt: An administrator may say that this speedy deletion crriteria applies, if the administrator thinks the original reason it was deleted at AfD still applies. Even if they do not believe this, it will instantly be sent back to WP:AFD if you recreate it without going through DRV. You are correct that you can just create it regardless, just up to you which way you want to go about it.

They have stated many times in the past that they personally know this Maurice Novoa and the family, yet spend a lot of time trying to promote them on Wikipedia and people connected with them. Not 100% sure what their connection is, though it's clearly close considering how they have access to family documents and mementos. CT, the giveaway is that they have had documents uploaded onto Novoa's own website for the purpose of trying to recreate the article - clearly some connection. What frustrates me is that COI isn't declared on their user page, or they didn't declare it when they came here to ask for me to approve a new version of the deleted article. Yeah I know, I've come across their access to hidden directories and unlinked/unindexed files on the subjects website before, and they've also stated they are the subject, were a student of the subject, were never going to edit on the subject etc. before. Honestly, I don't believe Australianblackbelt is here to build an encyclopaedia. I believe they're here to promote their friends and acquaintances. The the amount of pages, edits and articles they've had deleted as obvious promotion of non-notable subjects, and their continued shoehorning of any random mention of Maurice Novoa and his family and friends into any article possible just serves to increase my belief that promotion (self or otherwise) is their only aim here on Wikipedia. Regarding your close of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/John Chorley there were four Keep participants which have their ivotes rooted in our "notability guidelines", Sunsetlilac gave a comprehensive (somewhat clumsy) Keep rationale without Bolding the ivote. Along with the nominator there were five delete rationales. Your close said "clear consensus exists below to delete" but I am not seeing that. Good faith participants cited our guidelines which we commonly use in AfDs. You discounted them saying there was " no basis or reference to policy". Hi Lightburst, thanks for the note. The comment you quoted related to Davidgoodheart's and Mithurjan's comments, not your own or Sunsetlilac's. My view of the discussion in closing was that the arguments regarding notability were better-made, and better-supported, by those on the 'delete' side - hence my close. Let me say that I don't think your opinion is an unreasonable one to hold, but I do happen to hold a different view of how the discussion went. On that basis I won't be changing my close, but I would encourage you to file at DRV on the basis that, as mentioned, I don't think your view is totally unreasonable in the slightest. That one is an error, based on the close notes that appears to be a close for a different AfD - clearly the comment doesn't line up with the debate. Found the issue - when Elinruby posted their comment, they broke the noinclude template and their comment in effect was noincluded - which means their contribution doesn't show up on the AfD sorting page at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Log/2022 December 21. Not much I can do about that...no consensus would have been just about right without their contribution, as two other administrators had "relisted to find a clearer consensus" and, from what I could see on the AfD sorting page, there was no further contributions. Thanks for the kind words - I definitely recognise your name, but couldn't tell you where from! I'm an old-timer, back from the bad old days (try not to hold that against me too much...) - I'm definitely a better communicator than I was back when I started (2006) & became an administrator (2007), which comes with the fact my age has just about doubled in that time frame - learning life skills, who'd have thought! There is always a time to be brusque and critical, but too often we as a community default to that where kinder words can be just as effective in communicating a position or idea. I just wanted to thank you for all of the work you do closing discussions at AFD. I've noticed that we are a little light on admins helping out at AFD on Saturdays (can't fault people for taking the weekend off!) and you more than covered all of the open deletion discussions today. I always take time to read your closure statements when I come across them because they are so often thoughtful and fair. I hope to embody that spirit, too, when I encounter discussions where the outcome is less than clear. Admins frequently don't get thanked for doing the grunt work that keeps this project running smoothly so I wanted to take a minute to say thanks...I usually go over the AFD at the end of the UTC day to close any lated-day deletion discussions and most of the work was already done by you!
