Draft review request
editThank you for your previous feedback on my Draft. I have revised the article to address the concerns you mentioned . I removed unsupported claims, fixed grammar issues, and replaced several primary sources with independent news references.
If you have time, I would really appreciate it if you could take another look at the draft. Thank you again for your guidance.
Best regards. Hossain Ryhan (talk) 18:03, 7 March 2026 (UTC)

editThank you for the feedback that you provided. I made an effort to revise and edit in line with your suggestions. This is my first one so I thought I would write about a topic I was familiar with. I also removed the LLM suggested language. Please look at the draft and let me know if I am closer to a publishable article. NikkiAllen99 (talk) 00:15, 10 March 2026 (UTC)
- Hi @NikkiAllen99: The draft is much improved! I think it's 95% ready. I added two comments. SocDoneLeft (talk) 05:19, 10 March 2026 (UTC)
Declined Article: Lawrence Yu
editThank you for reviewing the submission.
I have attempted to align the draft with Wikipedia's guidance by significantly shortening the article, removing promotional language, and limiting references to independent published sources where available.
The current version only includes information that can be supported by third-party coverage and avoids internal or self-published material. My intention was to present a minimal, neutral overview rather than a comprehensive biography.
In addition, I have added the required paid/connected contributor disclosure on my user page to follow the instructions previously provided.
If possible, I would appreciate any specific guidance on which sections or statements still appear promotional, or what type of additional sourcing would help the draft better meet Wikipedia’s notability and neutrality standards.
Thank you again for your time reviewing the submission. ShalhoubM (talk) 10:25, 10 March 2026 (UTC)

Hi! I think you helped review my article on climate activist Alexia Leclercq. I believe that I made all necessary changes based on your feedback by removing the one link to her personal website and adding more articles from Forbes, The Guardian, Washington Post, etc. Please let me know if I need to make additional edits or changes. Thank you very much for your help!

Acceptance of Eiríka Krogsæter
editHi SocDoneLeft and thanks for all your AfC reviewing! I just wanted to let you know that I've tagged a draft that you accepted, Eiríka Krogsæter, for speedy deletion as a hoax. The creator has just been blocked as a sock of Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Tttg2, which is a sockfarm that has a history of creating hoax articles (including an article about an invented species by the same name). As far as I can tell none of the sources mention Eiríka Krogsæter, and I can't find any evidence elsewhere that she existed. Obviously you had no way of knowing that the creator was a sock, but please be careful to check the sources to confirm that a draft is not a hoax before accepting at AfC. Thanks! MCE89 (talk) 11:20, 19 March 2026 (UTC)
- Hi @MCE89:: Thank you for letting me know! Sorry for letting this slip through. Is there any chance you could email me a copy of the article pre-deletion? I would like to see how badly I messed up in failing to interrogate the sources. SocDoneLeft (talk) 04:13, 20 March 2026 (UTC)
- No worries, it happens! I'm not an admin so I unfortunately can't see the article anymore either. @Newslinger would you be willing to email SocDoneLeft a copy since you were the deleting admin? MCE89 (talk) 11:39, 20 March 2026 (UTC)
- Sure, no problem. SocDoneLeft, I have emailed you a copy of the deleted Eiríka Krogsæter article. Please let me know if you would like any additional information about that page. — Newslinger talk 14:21, 20 March 2026 (UTC)
- @Newslinger: Thanks! Looks like two legitimate sources, neither of which mentions Eiríka Krogsæter. Very much my bad. SocDoneLeft (talk) 15:57, 20 March 2026 (UTC)

Communist Workers Party
editThe Communist Workers Party is a defunt organisation. Or is it? An org with the same name exists, here's their website: https://www.cwp-usa.org/. Is it possible that you can add more information relating to this? Thank you in advance if you do and if you don't, well I understand you're busy. Jenkowelten (talk) 06:34, 23 March 2026 (UTC)

Decline of Draft: St. Martin Unity Flag
editHi SocDoneLeft, thanks for your efforts to reduce the backlog at AfC! Just wanted to share some concerns about your decline and comment left on this draft. The main purpose of AfC is to evaluate notability and verifiability; drafts shouldn't be declined because their references aren't formatted with {{cite}} templates, or because they lack categories or sections. If it's notable and referenced, it's better to accept and then apply the relevant maintenance tag. You can find out more about at WP:AFCSTANDARDS :)

My draft
editHello,
I am aware that you've reviewed my draft for Anna Keyes Knowlton but I'd like to know if you'd help me write it because I am writing it with only primary sources, local legends, and some books on Thomas Knowlton because she doesn't have a book of her own and they usually only over her marriage and children, not her personal life. Thank you for reading!
