Hello, welcome to my talk page!

If you want to leave a message, please do it at the bottom, as a new section, for better formatting. You can do that by simply clicking the plus sign (+), "New section", or "Add topic" at the top of this page. And don't forget to sign your messages with four tildes, like this: ~~~~

Attention: I prefer to keep discussions unfragmented. If you leave a comment for me here, I will most likely respond to it on this same page—my talk page—as an effort to keep the entire conversation in one place. By the same token, if I leave a comment on your talk page, please respond to it there. Remember, we can use our watchlist and topic subscriptions to keep track of when responses are made. At the same time, feel free to send an alert to me on this page about a comment you have left elsewhere.

Thank you!

Katherine Sleeper Walden

edit

Hey, just stopping by to ask what the timetable on the GAR for the Katherine Sleeper Walden article was. Writing this, I feel a bit childish, but as this is my first legitimate GAN I chose to give myself some leeway. Dionysius Millertalk 20:08, 7 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, been a bit busy lately; this is actually my first time being a reviewer on a GAN... it's probably fine now, but I don't really trust myself to approve it on my own; I'd still kinda like to get a second set of eyes... Cooljeanius (talk) (contribs) 02:10, 12 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
Alright! I believe there's a parameter specifically to do that to the nomination. I can do that if you'd like. Dionysius Millertalk 03:01, 12 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
OK, if you're sure that that's valid protocol, then go ahead; I'm kind of busy and don't really have time to look into it myself... Cooljeanius (talk) (contribs) 14:20, 13 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Yom Kippur war question

edit

Hi I thought you left an interesting question on the talk page;

The Arab Wikipedia info box result splits the conflict by theatre so it says "Indecisive on the Egyptian front" but "An Israeli victory on the Syrian front"

The Hebrew wiki says the result was "UN Resolutions 338, 339 and 340 that led to the Geneva Conference For more details see Achievements and Failures of the Parties in the War"

I dont think I'm allowed to comment on the talk page as I haven't made 500 edits but there you go thats the answer to your question. LeChatiliers Pupper (talk) 18:56, 27 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for looking into that for me! Cooljeanius (talk) (contribs) 00:22, 29 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

The World Destubathon

edit

Hello. You're invited to participate in The World Destubathon. We're aiming to destub a lot of articles and also improve longer stale articles. It started today on Monday June 16 and will run until Sunday July 13. There is over $3300 going into it, with $500 the top prize. If you are interested in winning something to save you money in buying books for future content, or just see it as a good editathon opportunity to see a lot of articles improved for subjects which interest you, sign up on the page in the participants section if interested. I'm hoping to see some of our older stale US articles improved! Even if you can only manage a few articles they would be very much appreciated and help make the content produced as diverse and broad as possible! ♦ Dr. Blofeld 19:19, 16 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

If you do not respond within a week you will be classified as inactive on the WikiProject member list. Thanks! Snuggle 🖤 (talk) 21:15, 7 October 2025 (UTC)Reply

Hi @Snuggle:, feel free to move me to "inactive"; I haven't really played Magic since 2009... Cooljeanius (talk) (contribs) 23:23, 7 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
Good deal! Thanks for getting back to me. If you're ever interested again the door is always open. Snuggle 🖤 (talk) 23:33, 7 October 2025 (UTC)Reply

AfC notification: Draft:Typhoon Halong (2025) has a new comment

edit
I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission, which can be viewed at Draft:Typhoon Halong (2025). Thanks! HurricaneZeta (T) (C) 23:25, 13 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
OK, I addressed it. Cooljeanius (talk) (contribs) 00:51, 14 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
I still think it needs a bit more work since it's copied directly from the section on the season page, can you try to expand the impacts section? I can move it to mainspace with an under construction tag if you want (after the redirect is deleted) HurricaneZeta (T) (C) 01:00, 14 October 2025 (UTC)Reply

Butterfield Pond

edit

Hey, I just wrote a whole thing on the Butterfield Pond talk page without realizing you were the one who wrote it. Anyway, you have mixed together facts from two different ponds of the same name. The one in Gile State Forest has a hiking trail that leads to it, while the one in Pillsbury is next to a state highway and probably allows fishing and carry-in boating - check the state park webpage. Ken Gallager (talk) 18:10, 16 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

Okay, you can disregard all of the above! I was looking at the article's talk page history, not the main article history. Doh! Ken Gallager (talk) 18:13, 16 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
All good! Cooljeanius (talk) (contribs) 12:08, 17 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

Modified signatures

edit

The edit where you signed here ended up modifying a lot of other editor's signatures, mostly removing emojis. I'm assuming this was unintentional, so this is a heads up so you can keep an eye out for whatever caused that in the future. fifteen thousand two hundred twenty four (talk) 02:33, 31 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
