You are getting it wrong again and again, use the talk page first please. USA has 6 points, germany has 3 points. Germany cannot finish 3rd or 4th by the rules in place on the page. The 2nd place team can have a maximum of 6 points and a differential of a maximum of +6 so cannot overtake Finland.
