Archigenetics moved to draftspace

edit

Thanks for your contributions to Archigenetics. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and it has too many problems of language or grammar. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Aesurias (talk) 00:54, 31 October 2025 (UTC)Reply

Thank you, I'm trying my best. I'll review some theories and I'll republish again once they're good and complete. Archupnet (talk) 01:02, 31 October 2025 (UTC)Reply

Your account has been indefinitely blocked from editing because it has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. Also, your username gives the impression that the account represents a business, organisation, group, website, or role, which is against the username policy.

If you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization, you may request unblock and a username change. In your reasons, you must follow all these steps:

  1. Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement; and
  2. Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked; and
  3. Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked; and
  4. Provide a new username.

To do this, insert the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked.

Please note that the new username you choose cannot already be taken and in use by another account. You can search to see if the username you'd like to choose is available. If the search returns that no global account with that username exists, that means it is still available.

Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. Alexf(talk) 00:26, 1 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

Requested username:

Request reason:

My original username archiupnet was chosen three years ago. It is the name of the architectural platform where I am a high profile contributor, and I was unaware at the time that this type of organizational name violated Wikipedia username policy. To be clear, I am an established and financially independent architectural critic, known professionally as "IBRA Fawakherji" I have never received, nor will I ever receive, any form of compensation for my contributions. My professional life is in an entirely different field, and my sole intent on Wikipedia is to update outdated information and add missing data on significant architectural topics, a task I take seriously as a critic. I have now reviewed the policies regarding promotion and sourcing. I understand a link I added for documentation purposes which, in my view, was a single instance related to one architectwas flagged as promotional. Having reviewed the guidelines, I believe the best path forward is to focus my contributions on adding and correcting factual information, and I will refrain from adding external links to avoid any appearance of promotion. I trust my independent, critical perspective will be a valuable asset to the project. Archupnet (talk) 14:54, 1 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

I'm not unblocking someone who talks to other editors like that. -- asilvering (talk) 05:04, 24 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
While this unblock request addresses many of my concerns regarding the specific block, I am deeply concerned about your "discussion" below, which is highly incivil. Civility is part of Wikipedia's code of conduct and one of its five pillars. Please address concerns about collaborating with other editors. Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to add promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at Food delivery, you may be blocked from editing. Theroadislong (talk) 14:58, 1 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

@Theroadislong: This user is already blocked. Aydoh8[what have I done now?] 15:02, 1 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
I must clarify that this was not "promotional material."
I was adding a sourced, relevant concept regarding the architectural infrastructure required for modern food delivery—a topic directly relevant to the article.
You are mischaracterizing the documentation of a new, notable concept as "advertising." My intent is purely encyclopedic. Archupnet (talk) 15:08, 1 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
@Aydoh8 & @Theroadislong
Stop this absurd, baby school like bureaucracy. I challenge you to find one non factual edit I've made.
This platform’s hypocrisy is stunning. You block free, expert, sourced content as "promotion," only to have editors email content owners soliciting payment to publish the exact same facts.
This isn't an encyclopedia; it's a pay-to-play racket.
Escalate this request to someone higher than you. I want this message seen by your leadership I have the facts and documents to prove it. Archupnet (talk) 18:54, 1 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
There is no leadership here we edit by consensus. Theroadislong (talk) 18:59, 1 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
If this is your stance, then you are completely incompetent to delete a "new science" being added to a professional field. Your colleague @Aydoh8 is just as bad, deleting a new architectural code under the guise of "promotion."
Promotion of what? It is not for sale. It is a serious intellectual contribution.
This is encyclopedic knowledge. If you don't understand the subject, don't edit it. Stop talking about things you clearly do not comprehend. Archupnet (talk) 19:12, 1 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
