My-ACE China, also known as the Mayor of Housing, is a Nigerian real estate strategist, business consultant, and housing advocate. He is known for his work in addressing housing issues in Nigeria and for founding initiatives focused on affordable housing and cooperative ownership.

Early Life and Education

My-ACE China earned a degree in Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Career

China began his career in the medical field but later transitioned into real estate. He became known for his real estate ventures in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, where he promotes housing access through cooperative models and business collaborations. He is the founder of **"Own Your Dream"**, a cooperative focusing on real estate and agricultural investment.

He also leads a lifestyle brand known as **The Mayor of Housing**, which he uses as a platform for public engagement on housing issues in Nigeria. Through this platform, he launched the **Housing for All Show™**, a media initiative intended to raise awareness about housing challenges and opportunities in urban development.

Initiatives and Public Engagement

China has been involved in several public-private housing initiatives and has advocated for sustainable housing policies. In 2023, he collaborated with the Rivers State government and private stakeholders on a $300 million waste-to-wealth project aimed at creating jobs and improving housing and urban sanitation.[1]

He was also a keynote speaker at the 2023 Rivers Economic Summit, where he signed a partnership deal with the Rivers State Tourism Development Agency (RSTDA) to support sustainable urban development.[2]

Recognition

In 2023, China was named **Real Estate Personality of the Year** by Kristina Reports.[3] He was also recognized in BusinessDay as the "Brand of the Year" in Port Harcourt.[4]
