Proposal note: This page could be located at Wikipedia:Main Page...or somewhere else in project namespace. It would be a combination of topics covered by key project navigational tools, such as {{WP help pages (header bar)}} (This navigation bar provides easier access to Wikipedia's help pages and help resources.), {{WP nav pages (header bar)}} (This navigation bar was designed to provide easier access to the Wikipedia community's various directories and main resource lists.), the Village pump and key project-oriented navigation boxes. Maybe it's a summary of each of the links on these navigation tools. It would be analogous to the main encyclopedia contents page, Portal:Contents. A working organizational table and selected project navigational tools follow.
