Algerian Air Force Beechcraft 1900 Crash

An Algerian Air Force Beechcraft 1900 crashed under unknown circumstances while taking off from Boufarik Air Base. Two crew members died in the crash, four others were injured. From the brief description above, it doesn't sound like the crash would meet WP:GNG and WP:EVENT notability criteria; it definitely seems like it is WP:TOOSOON to create an article. I'd suggest waiting until the circumstances and notability are clearer.
