QPQ: Done.

Overall: Article was promoted to GA on 9 October and is 922 words (5,703 characters) in length. It is fully sourced, neutral and free from plagiarism (as verified by the GA review). The hook is supported by a citation and is interesting, although I'd suggest introducing Cowern as a "YouTuber" or "science communicator". The picture is freely licensed and is clear at a small size. QPQ has been done. There is still an "Update needed" tag in the infobox that needs to be addressed before I can approve this nomination. Grnrchst (talk) 10:42, 27 October 2025 (UTC)

ALT0a: ... that YouTuber Dianna Cowern (pictured) has an asteroid named after her?
ALT0b: ... that science communicator Dianna Cowern (pictured) has an asteroid named after her?
Also, I could have sworn blind that YouTube counts violated some core policy, but as I can't think what that is I've updated it.--Launchballer 13:20, 27 October 2025 (UTC)
Approved. --Grnrchst (talk) 13:28, 27 October 2025 (UTC)
I think ALT0b is better (not least because that's what she's called in the source). @Grnrchst: We have an image of the asteroid, File:Diannacowern 2021.gif. I think using a photo of the person, rather than the space rock, makes more sense though. @Launchballer: Regarding the view count, maybe you're referring to the recent discussions around Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2025 September 30#Social media personality infoboxes? Pictures of women tend to do better at WP:DYKSTATS. Not sure what policy I was thinking of.--Launchballer 16:58, 27 October 2025 (UTC)
