Oppose A quick search shows very few sources in the last several years using "Xbox Live". It may be more informally called that way within online communities, but the term is no long used with sufficient frequency to rename it like that. Masem (t) 13:23, 12 October 2025 (UTC)

I don't think going back to the old name is appropriate given the changes since the introduction in 2002. However, I think debating the current name is fine. I am not sure if the "network" part should be literally for the title; Personally I would suggest "Xbox (service)". IgelRM (talk) 02:32, 14 October 2025 (UTC)

  Again, there's nothing "legacy" about it. The core functionality of Xbox Live still exists, its just not called that. Only recently have there been rumors that the next Xbox will ditch some of that functionality (subscription to play multiplayer), but we're not there yet.
