Inaccuracies

Upon Greitens winning and becoming governor of Missouri, Scharf was named his policy director.[4]

The footnote is unrelated to the text.

In 2020, he became an assistant United States attorney, working in the violent crimes division for the city of St. Louis.[5]

A lawyer working for a city's violent crimes division would not be an AUSA. Presumably, Scharf was an assistant district attorney for the City of St. Louis, MO. The footnote is entirely unrelated to the text. David Cary Hart (talk) 17:08, 4 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

I'm looking at the text in the article, which says "Upon Greitens winning and becoming governor of Missouri, Scharf was named his policy director" and the given source, which says, "When Greitens assumed the governorship, Scharf became his policy director." I'm confused about what the issue is? Marquardtika (talk) 16:46, 5 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
@David Cary Hart: Scharf was an assistant U.S. attorney, and the article reflects that. He worked in the violent crimes unit of the Eastern District of Missouri, which encompasses St. Louis. The city was being used as a metonym. elijahpepe@wikipedia (he/him) 20:30, 15 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
