editWell done! I appreciated the images inserted, very clear. I would suggest to move the image in the section devoted to physics under the first paragraph. I believe it might be interesting to expand the subsection dedicated to physical treatments Susauron (talk) 13:41, 11 July 2025 (UTC)
- thanks for you feedback, I agree that from the physical standpoint those image could be more suitable to point out the origin of the phenomena. However, it is likely that most readers, computer scientist or alike, would be more interested in understanding the subject at a higher level focusing on the practical implication and current mitigation strategies. Physical treatments for VRT are definitely a very interesting subject, however they are rarely disclosed being detail on the fabrication process a very confidential information for semiconductor companies. Anyway, I think to have included reference to the relevant work on the subject that has been published. Shiny-bit (talk) 20:36, 11 July 2025 (UTC)

editThank you for your article! While not being an expert on the topic I found the text extremely clear and well written. The formatting was well put, as well the choice of images and formulas. Asia Vedovi (talk) 14:05, 11 July 2025 (UTC)

editHi! Thank you for the very good contribution! The article is very clear and well-written, and I learned many interesting things reading it! As a physicist, I really appreciated that you inserted a section about semiconductor physics. The only think I'd like to mention is that the article is a bit short, so maybe some other sections can be added.
Happy editing! Annika of Nine (talk) 14:08, 11 July 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you for your feedback, I agree that the article is brief, however I think to have exhausted the topics I can discuss with confidence. Another section I can think of could be devoted to research on new memory architecture that try to take VRT into account, anyway since I'm not an expert I preferred to avoid, still I leave it here in case someone will like to develop it someday. thanks again! :) Shiny-bit (talk) 20:47, 11 July 2025 (UTC)
