Bezirk vs. Regierungsbezirk

the territory of Upper Bavaria is governed by two different types of administrations, as the other Bavarian districts. This should be included and pointed out.

The symbols (arms and flag) are only used by the Bezirk, never by the Regierungsbezirk. So, technically, the infobox is wrong, as it focuses on the Regierungsbezirk and, e.g. mentions the Regierungspräsident. Sukaq (talk) 11:42, 22 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
