Attribution of band title?

I was brought here after seeing a short film about Charles Augustus Steen III and his battle with Seuss Enterprises over plagiarism of a book from 1991 by the same title as this band. (Especially given the nature of what has happened) shouldn't attribution be given in the formation section of this band? 128.84.234.161 (talk) 20:33, 12 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
