Through the Lens of Time
editAbout episode 5: we do know it’s spelt ‘LENS’, don’t we? Cuddy2977 (talk) 12:12, 15 August 2025 (UTC)
- The title is spelled however they want to spell it. For some reason, Paramount spells it "lense" per the official website. - adamstom97 (talk) 12:14, 15 August 2025 (UTC)
- It says "Lens" on the linked page. AJD (talk) 13:07, 15 August 2025 (UTC)
- Haha I have just done some VPN sleuthing and it does in fact say "Lens" for the US but for the UK/Aus it says "Lense" lol - adamstom97 (talk) 13:28, 15 August 2025 (UTC)
- I have corrected the article. - adamstom97 (talk) 13:33, 15 August 2025 (UTC)
- It's "Lense" on the US and on the gracenote tv listing, I'll add an alt title. Xeditboy (talk) 13:37, 15 August 2025 (UTC)
- I think an alt title for one letter different is overkill and undue, especially when it is seemingly a mistake since "lense" is not correct anywhere. - adamstom97 (talk) 13:39, 15 August 2025 (UTC)
- lense is on my US listing and on Crave in Canada. Xeditboy (talk) 13:42, 15 August 2025 (UTC)
- I just checked again and it appears they have changed it to "lens" they really know how to screw things around. Xeditboy (talk) 13:55, 15 August 2025 (UTC)

- The Futon Critic, a US-based website, also spells it "Lense". -- Alex_21 TALK 00:47, 16 August 2025 (UTC)
- Presumably they're just copying the title on Paramount+. The press release on StarTrek.com spells it correctly as "Lens". – PeeJay 14:26, 3 September 2025 (UTC)
- Paramount+ has also now corrected the episode title. – PeeJay 14:27, 3 September 2025 (UTC)

Removing whitespace
editPer MOS:TV, "If a section consisting of an article-spanning table (i.e. the "Episodes" section with {{Episode table}}) is being pushed down by the infobox creating a large amount of whitespace (example), then that section can be moved further down in the article." Moving up the "Cast and characters" section fills the whitespace without any negligible impact to current "Episodes" section when accounting for whitespace. Skeetacus25 (talk) 00:13, 12 May 2026 (UTC)
- There is no whitespace to fill, the infobox is not significantly pushing down the episode table for this article. Your WP:BOLD edits have been reverted, this article has been ordered like this for years with no other concerns being expressed. Do not continue to change the order, that is edit warring and is not acceptable. - adamstom97 (talk) 08:56, 12 May 2026 (UTC)
- I don't know, man... Have you checked if you need glasses? Did you even check the example before blindly reverting? There is 100% whitespace on this article and it looks exactly like the MOS:TV example of "large amount of whitespace." Seems like you WP:OWN every single article with no one else being able to do absolutely anything without you granting your approval first so if you want it to look butt-ugly and go against the suggestion of MOS:TV, you do you...
