Don't disagree with Wetman, so please forgive my attempt at improvement. A wonderful book.--Shtove 01:03, 30 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

The Banned Book List

edit

It is very well done, but since it's on the category of books that have been banned, should it say something about it in the article? Who banned it? And why? What particular aspect was controversial?

This page was recently interfered with by someone expressing various non NPOV, opinionated religious views, and possibly without having English as first language. Misspellings (including Brown without an E, and other ahistorical, poor understandings of 17th c. intellectual history and of the text discussed, rectified. Content?

edit

There is very little discussion of the book's contents in the article, which seems more interested in historical reactions to it. For all the attention given to the book, there is really no modern critical analysis of it nor even a decent summary of its contents.  Mr. Guye (talk) (contribs) 00:44, 28 September 2025 (UTC)Reply
