Accuracy of information on NPP
editThe NPP is not a Communist organisation. Nor is it on the far-left. Mr Anura Kumara Dissanayake is not 'the' founder of the NPP, but one of a number of founders. Also, the nationalisation of all Sri Lanka's natural resources is not the predominant need of the NPP. The citation is used incorrectly and taken out of context. The objective of the NPP
editThe core objectives encompass cultivating an uncorrupted, service-oriented, accountable, and transparent political culture, promoting economic democracy for fairer wealth distribution, strengthening social protections, and championing an inclusive, democratic Sri Lankan identity. Nationalization of all Sri Lanka's natural resources is NOT an objective of NPP. Chatz121 (talk) 16:21, 16 February 2024 (UTC)

- Never use primary sources to cite the ideology or position of a party, alliance or coalition. We require reliable third-party sources. Such sources also does not include blogs or opinion-articles, and must themselves not cite a primary source! Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 01:24, 17 February 2024 (UTC)
- Ok so please add the source you use to say that NPP is a Far-left party. No one is talking about an ideology here; how can you learn someone's objectives from a third party? LoL Chatz121 (talk) 02:15, 17 February 2024 (UTC)
