There is a notability tag.
This is a constant issue in Wikipedia. There should be systemwide discussion. Otherwise, there is a risk of mob action where some non-notable murder articles get passed and notable ones get deleted. Furthermore, there is risk of stalking when one side is mad at the other. Let's try to work together to solve this issue of what constitutes a notable murder article.
