Not only is the Bill not signed into law yet by President Trump but the proposed cuts to Medicaid in the Bill is stated to take effect in 2026, which is in so the States can take the necessary steps to prepare to not having to rely on Federal Funding, which by then the cuts are to start a phasing out from '26 to '29. I find it unnecessary that people are already assuming that the Medicaid Program is just scraped and no longer exists when that isn't the point in the budget cuts.
