Merge with Krishak Praja Party?

I suspect this article should be merged with Krishak Praja Party - there seems to be confusion around the names, but as I understand it, the KPP was simply a later name for Praja. I will suggest it on both articles. Presumably Praja Party should remain the article name, as there is more material here and KPP is just a continuation of Praja.
