I've deleted the word acclaimed that appeared in the intro, as it is not written with a neutral point of view. If the architecture of the Tech Center is acclaimed, or if something else about it is acclaimed, as it perhaps is, then the article should say so, and attribute a meaningful source. Overall: Good job! All hooks check out (I AGF on paywalled sources) and I think ALT1, ALT5 and ALT7 are the most interesting ones.
