New article

@Rosiestep: thank you for writing the article. I have made some notes for future reference, rather than immediate action.

  • The sources for the article are mostly from 2025, however FKU goes back to before 2011, sometimes under different names (page 5 of guidance), see 2011 guidance
  • The FKU tests are used by the municipalities of Denmark, see the 23 Aug 2025 Guardian article.
  • The 2024 Child's Act is da:Barnets lov
  • The new act, effective "no later than 1 May 2025" is not named in the 20 Jan 2025 Guardian article.
  • The unit to be used instead of FKUs is da:VISO, see the 23 Aug 2025 Guardian article.

Thanks for adding these TSventon as the article is currently unbalanced; it lacks information about the FKU itself, its history, etc. For transparency, I read a news article and then created this, but I have no other attachment to the article. I am thus hopeful that others flesh it out, particularly if they have access to Danish sources. --Rosiestep (talk) 13:47, 26 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
Further information might be found in this article in Sermitsiaq (cc @Rosiestep). Unfortunately, I don't have a subscription, but those with time may inquire at WP:RX. Urve (talk) 16:27, 29 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the ping, but I won't be working further on this article as it's outside the scope of my expertise. However, notified the following: WikiProject Denmark and WikiProject Greenland. --Rosiestep (talk) 23:34, 29 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
