Some examples: tend to, mainly (c. 4 times), usually (twice), for instance (c.4 times), firmly positions itself, In this way, not just as, but as sharp, firmly positions itself, frequently pushes the limits, a sophisticated take on, since it both,On top of that, overall, isn’t just a , urgent concerns , we’d like to think, profoundly influence , its imagery and narrative encouraging resistance; etc.
• be consistent in text formatting. If the standard is for film names in italic, use this consistently across the page, including in internal links e.g. Brazil vs. The Matrix. You can use a Help:Piped link for links to film pages not in italics e.g. to create Brazil in italic on the draft page
• use italic and bold consistently and correctly e.g. not Lord & Miller, 2014; not ridged social hierarchy; Blade Runner vs. Blade Runner; etc.
• incorrect director name format: (Scott,1982)

Proposed edit: “Hidden features of dystopian in Metropolis” subsection

Hi everyone, @Fausto2006, @Cipher77, @Alumifacts, and @GEMA1Aanya I’d like to propose removing or trimming the subsection titled “Hidden features of dystopian in Metropolis.” While the points raised are interesting and well-intentioned, the subsection currently reads as interpretive analysis rather than an encyclopedic summary. Several phrases (e.g., “hidden features,” “quietly critique,” “powerful metaphor,” “most startling revelation”) present original synthesis and unattributed interpretation, which may conflict with Wikipedia’s policies on No Original Research (WP:NOR) and Neutral Point of View (WP:NPOV). To address this, I suggest either: removing the subsection entirely, or merging one or two clearly sourced statements into the main Metropolis paragraph, rewritten with explicit attribution (e.g., “scholars have interpreted…”).
