Light fingered
editGifford often attended British comic conventions. Derek Skinn said he had seen Gifford on camera stealing comics from dealers. I sold 1930's comics and he bought from me but though I was losing comics, at £20 and £30 a time, I never thought of him being responsible. Then when Dez told me about him, I knew it was Gifford and how he stole from me. He bought some and talked and talked to me. Then when I turned my back, the bought comics and the ones he planned to steal quickly went into his case and that was it. Who knew how many other dealers he stole from?(~2026-26692-42 (talk) 01:49, 2 May 2026 (UTC))
