Patterns?

edit

Not going to do myself as I concentrate on Climate change in Turkey but suppose this should have patterns like https://grokipedia.com/page/Climate_of_Turkey Chidgk1 (talk) 08:12, 2 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

What do you mean by patterns? NAO and such? I'd argue that's not relevant enough to Turkey really. The Grokipedia article is full of tangential (and not always accurate) information here, even if it looks full of text. Uness232 (talk) 09:55, 2 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
Yes what it calls “patterns” in its subheadings. I agree that the Grokipedia article has too much detail so would be tough and time-consuming to check against this article. And would need someone with good knowledge of the subject to spot its mistakes.
I am going to delve into the differences between their https://grokipedia.com/page/Climate_change_in_Turkey and our article on that. I may be some time - if you are interested in how I get on ask at Talk:Climate change in Turkey Chidgk1 (talk) 10:19, 2 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
I have not looked into other stuff but https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1877042814016632#:~:text=In%20other%20words%2C%20as%20the,make%20the%20climate%20there%20milder. says NAO significant Chidgk1 (talk) 10:35, 3 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
It is statistically significant, but that just means it has an effect beyond just chance. In the grand scheme of things the NAO is a small factor in Turkish climate. Uness232 (talk) 12:38, 3 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
