Notable, but needs fixing
editThe way this article is written is definitely advertising. However, CMT Association is notable enough, especially for folks that pursue technical analysis in finance. Its exams are also recognized by CFA Institute. I would say do not delete, but let's clean it up a lot more by: 1. Delete uncited material 2. Adding citations 3.
