unindicted coconspirators
editI'm starting this topic to aggregate speculations regarding the unindicted coconspirators. Politico thinks that unindicted coconspirator 1 is Donald Trump and 4 is Ken Chesebro. The other ones are: Kelly Townsend, Mark Finchem and Jack Wilenchik.
P.S. thanks for quickly creating this article. Also need one for Nevada v. Michael James McDonald, James Walter DeGraffenreid III, Jesse Reed Law, Durward James Hindle III, Shawn Michael Meehan and Eileen A. Rice. rootsmusic (talk) 04:33, 25 April 2024 (UTC)
- Agreed on "Unindicted Coconspirator 1", whom the indictment describes as "A former president of the United States who spread false claims of election fraud following the 2020 election." That's straightforward. Reuters is also reporting it's Trump. https://www.reuters.com/world/us/grand-jury-indicts-18-alleged-arizona-fake-elector-scheme-re-elect-trump-2024-04-24/ Tuckerlieberman (talk) 12:44, 25 April 2024 (UTC)
- Agreed also on "Unindicted Coconspirator 4", whom the indictment describes as having "prepared three memos outlining how to use fake electors to overturn the election: (1) the November 18, 2020, memo; (2) the December 6, 2020, memo; and (3) the December 9, 2020, memo." Indeed that's Kenneth Chesebro, and those three memos are described on the Wikipedia article on him. Tuckerlieberman (talk) 12:50, 25 April 2024 (UTC)
- I've created an article for Nevada's prosecution of fake electors if @Tuckerlieberman or anyone else would want to help carve it out. --WellThisIsTheReaper Grim 02:46, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
- @WellThisIsTheReaper Thanks so much. I added some info to it. I also linked to it from a few other articles. Tuckerlieberman (talk) 12:03, 30 April 2024 (UTC)

unsigned topic
editThe article is false claiming a set of alternate electors as "fake" with out a proof or standing indictment. The Wikipedia article is false misrepsrenation of reality and has to either corrected or taking down as it violates it is own policy https://pro.stateaffairs.com/az/yellow-sheet/news/arizona-alternate-electors-back-to-square-one — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:8800:7181:F2B0:54A0:CB08:B56A:4DA3 (talk) 20:42, 24 May 2025 (UTC)
