Each paragraph in the body of the article has a source. The article does not use promotional or overly negative language. WP:EARWIG shows no copyvios. The hook is cited, interesting, and supported by the source. However, I think "state House of Representatives" should be replaced with "Minnesota House of Representatives" since this is not clear from the hook alone.
